Before printing begins, the shared files are reviewed for:

If any formatting adjustments are required, the same is communicated before proceeding.

Step 3: Controlled Printing & Batch Preparation
Once approved, printing is carried out as per confirmed specifications.
Documents are handled in controlled batches to maintain order and traceability. This approach helps prevent mixing, duplication, or omission during high-volume execution.
Step 4: Pre-Mailing Activities
Printed documents undergo structured pre-mailing preparation, including:
- Folding or flattening as required
- Insertion into envelopes
- Address labelling and sorting
- Bundle preparation as per submission norms
Care is taken to ensure uniformity and consistency across the entire batch.
Step 5: Final Review & Dispatch Readiness
Before dispatch coordination, the prepared batch is checked for:
- Completion of pre-mailing steps
- Proper bundling and segregation
- Overall readiness for postal submission
This internal review reduces the chances of rejection or delay at the time of submission.
Step 6: Dispatch Coordination & Confirmation
Prepared articles are made ready for submission through standard India Post services.
Where applicable, confirmation details and basic dispatch information are shared with the client for records and follow-up.
